a back-alley taqueria

On Saturday’s and Sunday’s from May to October we open our back-alley taqueria, Terraza Luz. Three different types of tacos are available, served on tortillas made with fresh masa of nixtamalised heritage corn, pressed à la minute. The sun shines and the music plays. There are no reservations, it’s first come, first serve. The line-up is known to wind through the back alley between Champagneur and Bloomfield. Mezcalitas, margaritas and cold beer is served, as well as fresh lemonade (and atole when the weather starts to cool).
